  • 1. schedule a call.

    First, you’ll be redirected to my scheduling site to set up an introductory video call.

    this will give us the opportunity to meet face to face, see if we’re a good fit, and help develop the best strategies for creating a workout program you’ll love.

  • 2. fill out new client form.

    Next, you’ll be redirected to my New Client Questionnaire so I can get more information about you, your lifestyle, and your fitness goals.

    Every client’s needs are uniquely different, so the info you provide will help me get a better understanding of you.

  • 3. choose your membership.

    Once our call is complete and we’ve decided on an official start date, you’ll receive a link to select the duration of your membership.

    You can go month-to-month, or become a monthly member so there are no lapses in your training program.
